Structure of Tile-Effect Metal Sheet:

Material:
• Galvanized steel or aluminum, usually with double-sided plastic coating for long-term protection and aesthetics
• Sheet thickness: typically from 0.45 mm to 0.6 mm (depending on the manufacturer and roof type)

Shape and Profile:
• Profiled tile appearance: Wavy shape that accurately imitates traditional clay tiles
• Modular cover width: approx. 1100–1200 mm (depending on model and manufacturer)
• Length: Custom-made – from 0.5 m to 6 m or more

Maintenance:
• Cleaning: Occasional rinsing with water (preferably under gentle pressure) is sufficient
• Screw inspection: Periodic check of fasteners, washers, and joints
